**Kelly Services is now Hiring -Customer Service Representative (CSR)** **Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Overtime as needed) **Compensation:** $20-$23/hour (depending on experience) **Position Type:** Temporary to Permanent **Location:** El Monte, CA **Position Overview** We are seeking a dedicated **Customer Service Representative** to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. This role involves managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring exceptional service delivery within assigned territories while supporting our **aerospace manufacturing operations.** **Key Responsibilities** **Primary Duties** + Prepare, process, and manage all incoming and outgoing quotes according to customer deadlines + Process customer purchase orders in compliance with AS9100 Risk Analysis standards + Enter orders into ERP system with accurate translation of quality requirements, delivery specifications, and contract details + Maintain comprehensive records of open, closed, and archived customer orders and quotes + Update and manage ERP customer database + Handle purchase order follow-ups, weekly status reports, work order changes, and delivery expedites + Troubleshoot problematic purchase orders and coordinate solutions + Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams (engineering, inspection, accounting, shipping) **Required Qualifications** + **Experience:** **Minimum 3 years in customer service (industrial/manufacturing experience preferred)** + **Communication:** Strong English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills + **Availability:** Ability to work 40+ hours per week with overtime as needed **Preferred Qualifications** + **Knowledge of AS9100 Quality System (major plus)** + **Experience working with Aerospace OEMs** + **ISO9001 experience (a major plus)** + Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy + Safety-conscious mindset + Adaptability and willingness to learn + Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities + Experience working independently and as part of a team + Punctuality and professional demeanor **Ready to apply?** We're looking for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in the aerospace industry.
