CLIENT'S REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
* Current Pennsylvania Instructional Certificate
* Current Pennsylvania ESL Certification
* Authorization to work in the United States of America

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
* Provide English instruction to non-native speakers.
* Create lessons based on student language levels.
* Collaborate with teachers to support ESL students.
* Assess and adjust instruction based on student progress.
* Follow state and federal ESL guidelines.
