Junior Scrum Master Job Locations

# of Openings 1 Category Information Technology Clearance Secret Clearance Status Active Overview Junior Scrum Master Location: National Capital Region (NCR) Clearance: Active Secret Support the Department of State's Bureau of Consular Affairs (CA) Office of Consular Systems and Technology (CST) divisions management, administration, and quality assurance of its critical information technology supporting Consular locations, overseas posts, domestic Passport agencies and VISA processing centers. Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum Meetings: Coordinates and facilitates Scrum meetings, such as Sprint planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives, and provides sufficient records.
• Define Team Performance Metrics: Works with the team to define and deliver relevant metrics that are formulated and utilized for meeting project objectives.
• Plan and coordinate Team Training on the Scrum processes.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Certified Scrum Master with 5 Years' experience
• Experience leading agile development ceremonies
• Experience developing and updating technical documentation.
• Possess a Secret Clearance
