You’ll connect with inbound prospects—no cold calling—and guide them through the process of choosing the right custom-building solutions. What You’ll Do: Engage with warm leads via phone and web inquiries—no cold calling required. Close deals on high-value commercial buildings and accessories. Make outbound follow-ups on bids, quotes, and customer questions. Cross-sell, upsell, and keep the momentum moving toward the close. Collaborate with engineers and project managers to deliver seamless customer experience. Occasionally represent the company at trade shows and events. Mentor new team members and contribute to strategic projects. What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in environmental, biology or plant science required Comfort managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills. Team player mentality with a proactive attitude. A passion for delivering results.
