Job Description

Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic and driven Real Estate Developer / Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and executing real estate development opportunities and providing consulting services across a range of real estate projects. This role involves strategic planning, project management, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate real estate development opportunities
Conduct market research and feasibility studies to inform development strategies
Provide consulting services in land acquisition, zoning, permitting, and financing
Manse relationships with investors, contractors, architects, and government officials
Oversee project timelines, budgets, entitlements, and risk assessments
Develop business proposals, financial models, and project presentations
Monitor industry trends and deliver strategic investment recommendations
Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure project success

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Architecture, Business, or related field
3+ years of experience in real estate development or consulting
Strong understanding of development processes, zoning regulations, and financial modeling
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Japanese and English fluency required
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
