We’re partnered with a fast-growing manufacturing client to find a Warehouse & Inventory Manager who can take charge of daily operations, drive efficiency, and lead a high-performing team. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with strong inventory control expertise, experience managing people, and a passion for continuous improvement in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading and developing warehouse and inventory control teams
Overseeing all inbound/outbound shipments and cycle counts
Implementing and enforcing OSHA, GMP, and FDA-compliant safety protocols
Utilizing MRP systems and inventory tools to ensure data accuracy
Managing finished goods inventory and ensuring shipping readiness
Creating and reporting KPIs and operational updates to leadership
Identifying and handling excess or obsolete inventory
Hiring, onboarding, and training warehouse staff
What We’re Looking For:
4–5+ years in warehouse or inventory leadership (manufacturing experience preferred)
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Forklift certification (preferred)
Knowledge of MRP and Kanban systems
Strong communication and leadership skills
Detail-oriented, safety-focused, and results-driven
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Must have reliable transportation and be comfortable working across multiple warehouse sites
