Job Description

• Maintain accurate inventory levels through daily transactions, cycle counts, and reconciliation.
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials; issue materials to production as needed.
• Create and maintain jobs/work orders in ERP for production builds, special projects, and replenishment.
• Coordinate outside processing and subcontracting activities, including material transfers to suppliers and receiving processed parts.
• Prepare and process shipping documents for domestic and international shipments, ensuring compliance with carrier, customer, and regulatory requirements.
• Support import/export compliance, including maintaining HTS, ECCN, COO records and assisting with customs documentation.
• Assist with freight bookings and coordinate with carriers to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Logistics teams to resolve material issues.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse and shipping areas.
