Job Description: We are seeking a confident and highly motivated individual to join our team as an Insurance Marketer. This entry-level position offers a great opportunity to kickstart a career in sales or service within the insurance industry. As an Insurance Marketer, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and promoting our insurance products and services to potential clients.


Responsibilities:

• Proactively solicit new business opportunities through various channels, including telephone outreach, networking events, and referral sources.
• Generate leads and appointments by making outbound calls to potential customers.
• Utilize VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies to connect with prospects.
• Conduct cold calls, direct emails, and other lead generation activities to expand our client base.

• Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude while engaging with prospects.
• Ability to build relationships from initial contact and effectively follow through.
• Strong multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is a plus.
• Must be eligible to obtain a Property & Casualty License (training provided).
