Professional Background: Prior to IBG spent 21-years managing Walmart stores and has been serving 24 years in the Army National Guard, culminating as a First Sergeant leading a military unit.

Personal Interests: Married to Kelly, Matt is a proud father of three: a 20-year-old son and two daughters, ages 18 and 15. Beyond his professional commitments, he devotes his time to working with the VFW and veterans, soon to take on the role of District Commander overseeing 34 VFW posts.
