JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Benefit Specialists to join our team. This role is focused on managing the annual enrollment period for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and life insurance, with the necessary licenses to operate in this field. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere.
Duties/Responsibilities:
•Manage and oversee the annual enrollment period for health and life insurance benefits.
•Provide expert guidance and support to clients regarding their benefits options.
•Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
•Assist clients in understanding and selecting the best insurance plans to meet their needs. •Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to benefits enrollment.
•Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
•Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless enrollment process.
•Stay up-to-date with changes in health and life insurance regulations and industry trends.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
•Valid health and life insurance license.
•Proven experience as a Benefits Specialist or in a similar role.
•Must have gone through 2 AEP's
•Experience working in telehealth specifically in Medicare.
•Strong knowledge of health and life insurance products and regulations.
•Excellent communication and customer service skills.
