HOW AN INSTRUCTIONAL DEVELOPER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Design and develop instructional approaches and interactive courseware to meeting training requirements
• Outline the concept for course or curriculum, defining the needs for the course, the course medium, content delivery, assessments, accompanying materials, and complementary learning approaches
• Create learning solution documentation (e.g., storyboards, project schedules, video scripts, job aids, and courseware)
• Develop and monitor metrics for evaluating training and development effectiveness.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience
2+ years of related experience
Required Skills and Abilities:

• Experience with instructional design methodologies
• Strong oral and written communication skills. Also possesses strong interpersonal and teaching skills
• Ability/Experience to facilitate courses if required onsite and virtually using conference tools such as MS teams, Zoom, etc.

Preferred Skills: Use of eLearning tools such as Camtasia, Captivate, Adobe Effects, Articulate 360, Composica
Location: Hybrid if living within a 60 mile radius of one of our Louisiana offices, 1-2 days per week

The likely salary range for this position is $59,741 - $80,825. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
