The Radiator Store is seeking a professional, competent, motivated individual with exceptional customer service skills to join our team as an Inbound Call Center Representative . This is a full time position and will be located in our Lodi, NJ facility.

 

This position offers full training and the opportunity to take on a leadership role. We are looking for someone who can begin right away and is willing to learn and has a positive attitude.

 

This is a great opportunity for someone who is willing to learn the automotive distributor business from the ground up, eager to take on additional responsibility and is professional and energetic. We offer an exciting, fast-paced work environment. We are looking for someone who can wear a lot of hats and help manage every facet of this business.

Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

 

  • Answer 100-150 inbound calls per day from customers looking for price, availability and delivery information.

  • Provide customer service to wholesale and retail customers.

  • Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a timely manner to customers.

  • Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions.

  • Accurately process customer transactions.

  • Proactively recommend items needed by customers to increase customer satisfaction.

  • Problem solve and assist customers in facilitating deliveries and minimize freight costs.

  • Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with all teams members.

  • Overtime and weekends may be required.

     

Qualifications:

 

  • Excellent telephone etiquette and listening skills.

  • Previous sales/call center experience preferred

  • Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information, Multi-tasking and stress tolerance

  • Ability to achieve goals on a daily basis

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Familiar with computers and Microsoft Office

  • A great work ethic and self- motivated

  • Bilingual Spanish speaking a plus
