Job Summary:

The Implementation Manager plays a critical role in ensuring successful client onboarding and product adoption. This individual will be responsible for leading and managing the entire implementation process for new clients, ensuring timely and effective delivery of our client's solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Own and drive the entire project management lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and control.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Track project progress, identify and mitigate potential risks, and proactively address any roadblocks.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the implementation process.

Client Onboarding:

  • Lead client workshops and training sessions to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure successful product adoption.
  • Conduct thorough data migration and system configuration activities.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients during the go-live phase and beyond.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, building trust and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Communication & Collaboration:

  • Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to internal teams and senior management.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, engineering, customer support) to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Confidently present to groups of people, including senior managers, clients, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Implementation Manager or in a similar project management role.
  • Demonstrated experience of full project ownership.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Bonus: Prior experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a significant plus.
  • Bonus: Prior experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus.

  • Data Entry: Must be proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
