We are commercial construction projects. You’ll lead field operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards .

What You’ll Do

• Manage plumbing, piping, sheet metal, and insulation projects ($2M–$8M+).
• Supervise and motivate crews of up to 40 across multiple jobsites.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and other trades.
• Enforce safety policies and conduct audits/meetings.
• Complete electronic reports, schedules, and as-builts.
• Represent company in jobsite meetings and maintain strong client relationships.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience running commercial hvac/plumbing/mechanical projects.
• Proven success managing teams and large-scale jobs.
• OSHA 30-hour certification required; master trade license preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics and plan ahead.
• Physically able to lift up to 80 lbs. and work at heights.
• Must pass background check, drug screen, MVR check, and physical ability test.
• Willing to travel as needed.
