Must be honest in all endeavors, and always willing to be a hero when the time arises. You must be able to respect the homes you enter. Never leave a mess, and if you break one petunia in a flower bed let me know so I can go get that same petunia and replant it. Be able to admit issues or mistakes. You will only get "in trouble" if you don't tell us about the issue. We are here to help our techs succeed, and we make plenty of mistakes too! You MUST be passionate about the industry! We will never cheapen this trade! We need you to be passionate about itbecause it is a great trade, and you should be. If you have these traits, and have some experience in the industry, then we need to talk. We will grow a strong company, and have a lot of FUN doing it!
