HVAC Service Manager 

We are looking for an experienced HVAC supervisor or service technician who is ready for more responsibility in an office environment. This candidate needs to have a strong background in HVAC and possess leadership skills. They must be safety-minded and able to manage and supervise a team efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supports HVAC field technicians by providing technical advice and offering guidance when needed
• Provides oversight (to dispatch) in scheduling HVAC field technicians when needed
• Represents the company by serving as a direct customer contact, answering questions and addressing concerns
• Review work orders for accuracy and completion of work before billing is complete
• Management responsibilities for the service team such as hiring, training, directing, mentoring, reviews, rewards, and disciplines.
• Work with other departments to provide proper support as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety protocol

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Must have in-depth knowledge of various HVAC products, systems, electronics, and building controls
• Associate degree (preferred), or equivalent from two-year college or technical school with a certificate in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning.
• One to three years supervisory experience preferred
• Ten years of field experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Business casual appearance
• EPA Type II (Preferred)
