Salary: $65,000 - $100,000 per year

As a Service Manager on our team, you will be responsible for overseeing HVAC service operations to achieve profit goals, manage a team of technicians, and maintain strong client relationships. Key responsibilities include managing HVAC and electrical contracts, supervising technicians to ensure effective, cost-efficient work, and preparing proposals for new and upgraded service projects. This role also supports client retention, sales growth, and technician performance through regular evaluations, relationship-building, and proactive issue resolution.

Job Details

MUST HAVE:

5+ years of HVAC service industry experience
Commercial experience in the educational, government, industrial, or construction space
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, both mechanical and electrical

NICE TO HAVE:

Knowledge of building automation systems
Experience managing multiple projects and teams
