Location: Tomahawk, WI

Responsibilities - Coordinate employee events such as retirement parties, recognition dinner, and other internal and external events.
- Completes all necessary forms for employee termination and inactivates records.
- Files papers and documents into appropriate employee files; performs paper and system audits as necessary.
- Assisting with maintaining effective communication channels for all employees.
- Be able to assist Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Manager in their absence, and divisional HR Team Members as needed.
- Help with internal audits within the systems.
- Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities.
- This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive, and the employee will also perform other reasonably related business duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management, as required. Staffing of positions to be determined by company, as requirements warrant.
Qualifications - Ability to work will in a fast-paced environment to meet team expectations.
- Understanding and support of Company policies and procedures.
- Ability to understand and abide by all safety rules and regulations to perform the job.
- Must have a basic understanding of computers.
- Must have reading, writing and simple math skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Computers
- Microsoft Office
- Experience in ERP systems.
Work experience in related industry is an asset but even if you do not have this, we still want you to apply. On the job training will be provided.
