We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Director to lead our Human Resources department and drive a people-first culture in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR leadership, a deep understanding of talent acquisition, performance management, culture-building, and compliance, and a passion for the fashion and e-commerce industries. This role will play a key part in developing and implementing HR strategies that support our business growth while fostering a creative, diverse, and inclusive workplace. Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives. Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, ensuring alignment with company goals. Oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, training & development, and compliance. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Drive innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent in fashion, retail, and e-commerce. Partner with department heads to identify workforce needs and create talent pipelines. Culture & Employee Engagement: Cultivate an engaging and high-performance workplace culture that reflects our brand and values. Develop employee recognition programs and engagement strategies. Drive employee satisfaction, retention, and well-being initiatives. Performance & Development: Implement a performance management system that fosters growth and accountability. Lead training & development programs to support leadership and employee growth. Provide coaching and mentorship to managers on effective people management. Compensation & Benefits Management: Ensure competitive salary structures and benefits packages align with industry standards. Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws. Partner with finance teams to manage HR budgets and forecasting. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws. Develop and enforce HR policies that maintain legal and ethical workplace standards. Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certifications preferred). 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (preferably in fashion, retail, or e-commerce). Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and talent management strategies. Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proven ability to drive culture, engagement, and talent development. Experience in the fashion, beauty, or retail sector preferred. Passion for trend-driven, influencer-based business models preferred. Knowledge of HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and digital HR tools.
