What You’ll Do:

• Shape the vision and goals of the hospice program, refining policies and ensuring their effective implementation.
• Lead a dedicated team, from recruitment and onboarding to ongoing development, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Build and nurture key relationships within the community, positioning the hospice program as a trusted partner and resource.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, ensuring that all services meet or exceed quality standards.
• Oversee operational, financial, and administrative components, optimizing resources to maximize the program’s impact.
• Champion patient-centered care by guiding intake processes, ensuring smooth onboarding for new patients, and maintaining open communication with families.
• Serve as a passionate advocate for hospice care through educational outreach, community engagement, and professional development.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience in hospice care or a healthcare setting, with at least 4 years in a supervisory or administrative role.
• A bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) is preferred
• Strong understanding of reimbursement models, marketing strategies, and operational management.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams, present effectively, and resolve challenges with empathy and professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
• A forward-thinker with the ability to analyze data, solve complex problems, and adapt to changing organizational needs.
