The Home Health Consultant at Mary Free Bed at Home is responsible for maintaining and developing referral source relationships to support patient care within Berrien, Cass, and Van Buren counties. This role collaborates with marketing and clinical management teams to align clinical care demand with agency capacity while ensuring high-quality home health services are delivered. The consultant educates referral sources about various home health programs including palliative and hospice care to drive service utilization and growth.
