Job Description

Job Title Healthcare SAS HEDIS Data Analyst Relevant Experience (in Yrs) 6-10 yrs Technical/Functional Skills

Background in Healthcare experience
Very strong SAS skills
Adept in Data Manipulation (Excel / SQL / SAS)

o Working with MS Office suite, especially Excel o Creating and executing queries in SQL Server and SAS

Deep understanding of the healthcare industry
The candidate will not only be looking at the data, but will also need to be able to interpret the output and provide recommendations, reports with trend analysis, HEDIS gap reports, comparison analysis reports
Main aspect of the job is reporting but need someone who is business savvy and has strong analytical thinking.
Knowledge and experience of HEDIS
Familiarity with Inovalon QSI-XL
Health care domain knowledge with exposure to diagnosis codes, procedure codes and pharmacy code.

• Ability to: o Manage the quality of the HEDIS data in an effective manner to achieve all the business goals. o Perform HEDIS rates analysis for several measures of each population to manage the quality of the data. SysMind Tech
