What You’ll Do:

  • Source Candidates: Use our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), LinkedIn, and other platforms to find top talent for open healthcare positions.
  • Screen and Interview: Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates to ensure a good fit for our clients needs.
  • Manage the Recruitment Process: From initial contact to placement, you will guide candidates through every step of the process while maintaining clear communication with all parties.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Work with other recruiters and the management team to meet hiring goals and share insights and best practices.
  • Maintain Professionalism: Ensure a seamless and professional process for candidates and clients, including the use of a dedicated business email and professional communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates for healthcare roles.

Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through placement.

Collaborate with team members to meet hiring goals.

Participate in team meetings, share insights, and provide support to fellow recruiters.

Meet performance expectations: Two successful hires per month

Requirements:

Tech-savvy, with proficiency in using online platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS).

Ability to manage multiple candidates and jobs at once in a fast-paced environment.
