We are looking for passionate Talent Acquisition Agent to work from home as a Remote Healthcare/DVM Recruiter.

Experience is a must in order to be considered for this position.

• Yearly Compensation: $72,000 - $331,200

The Recruiter will source, identify and contact potential Veterinarians/DVM candidates to fill open job roles handled by the agency, also research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. This is position is ideal for a highly motivated individual looking to increase his income with an amazing team in a friendly working environment while working from home. 

Qualifications

• 2+ Years of experience in a sales role selling products or services
• Experience and comfort with making cold calls, sending emails and scheduling interviews.
• Professional written and oral communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence prospects
• Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
• Ability to take and provide constructive feedback 
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
• Have leadership ambitions

This position is 100% commission, the recruiter consultant will be paid based on the amount of placements per month.
