The Role

You’ll lead AI-driven transformations in global supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing — deploying cutting-edge architectures across demand forecasting, inventory optimization, logistics automation, and supply chain resilience.

You will design and implement solutions using Reinforcement Learning, Generative AI, Graph Neural Networks, and advanced predictive analytics to drive end-to-end impact at scale.

Ideal Candidate

Academic & Executive Track Record

• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field from a top-tier institution
• 10+ years in leadership roles (e.g., Director, VP Data Science) within supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing
• Proven success in driving enterprise-wide AI adoption and securing C-suite buy-in (ideally in F1000 or large-scale industrial settings)

AI/ML Expertise

• Deep Learning: Transformers, LSTMs, GNNs for demand planning, route optimization, and anomaly detection
• Reinforcement Learning: Multi-agent RL, PPO, Deep Q-Learning for warehouse robotics, fleet management, and real-time pricing
• Generative Models: GANs, VAEs, Diffusion Models for synthetic data generation and inventory simulations
• Computer Vision & Robotics: YOLO, Mask R-CNN, 3D vision, LiDAR for defect detection, autonomous warehousing, and quality control

Infrastructure & Deployment

• Edge & IoT: TensorRT, TinyML, ONNX for predictive maintenance and real-time tracking
• Federated Learning & Blockchain for secure, decentralized collaboration and smart contracts
• Explainability & Governance: XAI, model interpretability, and compliance frameworks

Strategic & Industry Insight

• Previous experience in top-tier consulting or advisory roles, driving AI-first transformations across supply chains
• Strong grasp of sustainability, CO₂ optimization, and regulatory frameworks in industrial environments
• Global supply chain domain knowledge with a strong network in manufacturing, logistics, and procurement
