Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and reliable handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a diverse skill set and a strong work ethic, with the ability to handle various repair and maintenance tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties.
• Address plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting as needed.
• Install fixtures, appliances and equipment.
• Assist with remodeling and renovation projects.
• Communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Manage subcontractors.

Qualifications:

• Able to work 3rd shift hours depending on job.
• Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of repair techniques and building maintenance.
• Familiarity with electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Background Check required

Compensation: $31.25 per hour
