Crunch Fitness is currently seeking to build our Group Fitness team with Energetic, Upbeat, and Fiercely Fun yet Challenging Group Fitness Instructors ! If this describes you, we're ready for you to be part of the team!

• Compensation: $20 / class for full hour formats and $10/class for half hour formats
• Bonus potential for each class up to $10 extra as participation levels are met or exceeded

• Maintain valid CPR Certification
• Nationally Accredited Group Fitness Certification (ACE, AFAA, or NASM preferred)
• Valid Yoga or Pilates Certification also acceptable

• Energetic personality
• Passion to help other people achieve and maintain health & fitness goals
• Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels
• Strong verbal communication & customer service skills

• Serve as a Brand Ambassador representing the Crunch Franchise to members, clients and potential members
• Lead and deliver a positive fitness experience through fun, safe and effective group training sessions using the Crunch proprietary formats
• Collect session participation data by member and guests for reporting
• Drive member engagement and retention strategies through focused promotions
• Maintain and uphold company policies, procedures, and class formats
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior in accordance with Crunch mission statement.
• Maintain certification and/or educational requirements
• Maintain professional disposition at all times
