JARS Cannabis is seeking a dynamic Graphic Designer with experience in physical and digital visual design to join our growing team. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for supporting in the execution of a variety of design deliverables for our brand including but not limited to web, email, social media, print and advertising. In this position, you will work with cross-functional partners helping to build one of the strongest national footprints within the cannabis industry.

Desired Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of professional graphic design experience
• Portfolio demonstrating experience in commercial marketing and design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite primarily Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects. Premiere and Adobe XD knowledge a plus but not necessary.
• Experience designing for both print and digital channels
• Knowledge or understanding of social content strategy
• Detail-oriented with strong knowledge of typography, color, hierarchy, and balance.
• Understanding of production design standards and building files to spec
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills, with the ability to explain rationale behind design decisions to key stakeholders
• Personal or professional experience with cannabis is not required, however, a passion to learn and professionally progress in the industry is appreciated
