What You Do

• Concept and execute design work across digital, social, email, Shopify, packaging, in-store displays, and printed collateral
• Design high-impact visual assets for product launches, campaigns, email marketing, paid ads, and web
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and Marketing team from concept to execution—including mood boards, content shoots, and retouching
• Translate brand and marketing goals into compelling creative across all touchpoints
• Contribute to visual storytelling through typography, layout, animation, and video edits (for digital & social content)
• Ensure design consistency and brand alignment across all channels
• Prepare final production files for print, packaging, and vendor-ready assets
• Stay current on trends in beauty, design, and digital media to drive fresh, forward-thinking creative

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing digital work in beauty or lifestyle
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects; Premiere is a plus)
• Strong understanding of digital design best practices for social, email, and web
• Experience with video editing, motion graphics, and GIFs
• Skilled in prepping files for print, packaging, and production
• Able to take creative direction and deliver multiple design solutions
• Knowledge of design specs and media requirements for online ads
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Bonus: Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, or creative tools like Figma or Cinema 4D
