Job Title: Graphic Designer & Content Manager

Location: Sy-Klone’s Jacksonville, FL office (100% on-site)

Type: Salaried, Exempt

Reports to: Marketing Manager

Travel: < 10%

Position Summary

The Graphic Designer and Content Manager will be responsible for developing engaging visuals and managing branded content across all platforms to support Sy-Klone’s marketing and business objectives. This role requires a versatile and detail-oriented professional who can translate concepts into compelling visuals, manage content effectively, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and collaborate across departments. The Graphic Designer and Content Manager will play a key role in maintaining brand consistency and elevating Sy-Klone’s global presence through creative, professional, and impactful design and content.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Design and manage branded materials across digital and print channels to support internal and external marketing campaigns.
  • Create social media graphics and content, including product spotlights and awareness posts.
  • Develop sales support collateral such as brochures, sales sheets, presentations, case studies, and trade show booth graphics.
  • Design packaging, labels, installation and instruction guides to ensure clear, branded product documentation.
  • Translate technical drawings and engineering designs into clear, branded schematics and visualizations.
  • Support internal communications and training initiatives with effective visual assets.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing, digital, and print platforms.
  • Support content management, including website content updates and social media scheduling to maintain an active and aligned brand presence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content needs and deliver creative solutions.
  • Manage multiple design and content projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

 

Qualifications

 

The requirements below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required to perform the job well:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of professional graphic design experience (manufacturing or B2B environment a plus).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; Premiere/After Effects a plus).
  • Experience with social media management tools and website content management systems.
  • Strong understanding of branding and ability to maintain brand identity across diverse platforms.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling visuals.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for events or trade shows, with advance notice.
  • Experience in high-growth or small company environments strongly preferred.
