ESC has an exciting opportunity for a Global Campaign Marketing Manager working onsite in Seattle, WA to support our premier client’s global campaigns team. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple initiatives at one time and will have a proven track record executing integrated lead generation campaigns from ideation through launch, as well as experience with data analysis, email nurture, and agency management. This is a 6-month contract role that offers insight into the strategic planning for our client’s Global Summits events program.

Responsibilities:

• Lead global demand generation and online experience for Tier 1 in-person and virtual events, ensuring scalability, quality, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to develop and execute digital marketing and lead generation campaigns, including project management, implementation, and reporting.
• Oversee planning, reporting, and risk management to align priorities and ensure teams have the necessary resources.
• Analyze data to support event feasibility, registration, attendance, and pipeline goals.
• Create and optimize marketing content (emails, landing pages, templates) for scalable digital marketing across MarTech tools.
• Identify and share best practices for audience targeting, database management, and digital channel measurement.
• Report on key performance metrics and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to align on strategy, goals, and digital channel performance.
• Manage external agency relationships to enhance campaign execution and ROI.

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of experience developing and managing campaigns, email marketing, and campaign analysis.
• 3+ years of experience in event management
• Keen attention to detail
• Experience with stakeholder management
• Outstanding communication skills
• Proven ability to work successfully in fast-paced environments.
• Undergraduate degree in Marketing or related field
