**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** As a Non-FAA Production Associate, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks and processes to complete electronic assemblies and sub-assemblies. This includes soldering, cable assembly, machine operation, final assembly, PCB work, machine crimping, and ribbon cable assembly. You will need to follow established methods and procedures to ensure tasks are completed as directed by manufacturing schedules with limited supervision. **Responsibilities** + Hand solder wires to electrical connectors and PCBs. + Assemble electromechanical assemblies as required. + Review and complete required production documentation. + Read and understand moderately complex assembly instructions. + Comprehend written and verbal assignments. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in soldering. + Experience with assembly and hand tools. + Knowledge of blueprint reading. + Experience in electronic assembly and cleanroom environments. + Familiarity with surface-mount technology. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School Diploma or GED. + Experience with SMT and electronic assembly. **Why Work Here?** Our facility offers a brand new environment with modern lighting and a cafeteria, all within a climate-controlled setting. We have 7 SMT lines available. There are openings on 1st shift: Monday-Friday from 6:00am-2:30pm. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Newark, NY. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
