General Production Worker

The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for pulling wire by hand and must be capable of lifting up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities:

• Pull wire by hand and ensure accuracy in inventory.
• Operate and manage RF scanners for inventory tracking.
• Assist in loading and unloading of materials.
• Adhere to safety standards and protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Essential Skills:

• Experience with warehouse inventory management.
• Proficiency in using RF scanners.
• Ability to handle wiring and construction tasks.
• At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in production and loading.
• Familiarity with construction-related tasks.

Work Environment:

The work environment is non-climate controlled, hot, loud, and can be dirty. You will be working with a team of 10 people per shift. The hours are from 11am to 8pm, with some shifts starting at 10am and extending until completion. The schedule is Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work and potential 12-hour shifts. Steel-toe boots are required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, TX.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
