Pritchard is hiring for General Cleaners throughout the Philadelphia region. This position is responsible for all basic cleaning in and around the facility or office building. This can entail dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and cleaning smudges off windows and doors. Ensuring restrooms are cleaned, sanitized, and restocked is another important responsibility of a cleaner.

• Clean designated areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc).
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities as required.
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Cleaning spills, broken glass, and other messes up as quickly as possible.
• Refill all dispensers (soap, lotion, paper towel and toilet paper).
• Maintain safety procedures by handling cleaning equipment and supplies according to company protocols.
• Cleaning restrooms, breakrooms, and other designated areas.
• Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and other duties as outlined in the scope of work.
• Other cleaning duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Ability to work efficiently with attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work with others and take direction.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous cleaning experience a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Job Type : Part-Time

Salary: $13 - $16.14 per hour

Work Location: Philadelphia, PA

Hours: Varies per location
