-RESPONSIBILITIES-

Deliver outstanding customer service to customers either in person or via email/phone. Continuously practice good communication with customers, other The UPS Store team members, and center management. Take action to learn all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends Operate all equipment and software, in a satisfactory fashion with a willingness to teach others Maintain a clean and safe working environment Take ownership of customers’ packing, shipping, and/or print needs with pride Answer phones courteously and provide accurate, detailed information Expertly operate POS, CMS and other associate computer software Professionally respond to customer inquiries either via phone or email Multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and quality control Help with other Center functions as needed, such as faxing, copying, laminating, and binding Performs other duties as required

-QUALIFICATIONS-

Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong computer skills or a willingness to learn them Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math Prompt, reliable, and responsible An ability to be trustworthy, respectful and discreet with regard to customers’ shipments and mail Ability to stand for the entirety of the shift if needed High School Graduate Able to lift 40+ pounds Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 15 – 34 per week Benefits:
