Job Description

Have you worked as a babysitter, daycare worker, nanny, or church nursery volunteer? Are you a retired teacher or teaching professional who is seeking a small environment rather than a classroom? Are you known as the family’s favorite auntie? If any of these describe you, we welcome you to our team, working 30 – 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday. Assignments will be primarily in Redmond, Union Hill, and Novelty Hill. Occasional assignments in Duvall.
 
As a Nanny, you will:
· Care for children in-home, but you will not be required to transport children.
· No need to provide household duties other than common sense clean-up of your activities or meals with the child(ren).
· Support families who need care for children ranging from infants through school aged. Highest demand for care for children under the age of 2!
· Engage children by providing safety and leading hands-on activities based on your observations of the children’s age-appropriate development.
 
About You:
· Must be at least 18 years of age
· At least 1 year of childcare experience, including infant care
· Availability Monday - Friday from 7am - 7pm, for 6 – 8 hour shifts
· Ability to pass a background check; provide 3 references (at least 2 must be childcare-related)
· Hold a Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
· Reside in Duvall, Cottage Lake, or surrounding areas - must be willing to travel to Redmond daily.
 
Benefits:
· $20-24 hourly based on experience and qualifications, plus $20 daily mileage stipend to travel to Redmond.
· Receive paid training and a nanny kit filled with age-appropriate activities and games that you will bring to childcare assignments.

· Overtime (40+ hours per week) paid at 1.5 rate. Unlimited overtime available!
· Legal employment on a W-2 including unemployment insurance and the ability to build your resume through the nation’s largest employer of nannies and babysitters.
