Immediate opening for Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established FQHC in Palatka, FL near St. Augustine, Palm Coast, Daytona Beach and Gainesville, FL Salary range $200,000 to $230,000 depending on experience, Great Benefits Package, 401K, 15 days per year of PTO, 12 Paid Holidays, CME with days and monetary allowance, Occurrence Based malpractice paid, student loan repayment through the National Health Services Corp., FL license and DEA renewal paid, Monday through Friday. 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with an hour for lunch. Quarterly Incentive Plan. EHR system utilized. Signing Bonus and Relocation part of the package. Signing Bonus and Relocation are part of the package. Pediatrics to Geriatrics is our patient population. Our larger centers have digital X-Ray, labs, pharmacies with Clinical Pharmacists. Our Clinical Pharmacists work closely with our Providers to provide care for our patients in the areas of Diabetes Management, Chronic Care Management, HIV/AIDs, Prep HEPC and much more through well established clinics. We utilize a Call Center for Scheduling with Providers having input as to where they would like to place some of their patients.
