Job Description : As a Front End Web Developer, you will combine technical expertise with a strong eye for design to deliver engaging, user-friendly, and high-performing web experiences. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to implement updates, enhance functionality, and ensure website performance aligns with client goals. Key Responsibilities: Implement new web pages and features based on wireframes or Figma designs using a CMS or site builder (e.g., Kibo). Optimize website performance, including lazy loading, asset compression, and responsiveness. Create, update, and maintain HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for seamless user experiences. Enhance UI/UX through intuitive navigation, layout updates, and branding alignment. Test and debug issues such as browser compatibility, broken links, and performance bottlenecks. Maintain SEO best practices, including meta tags, schema markup, and analytics integration. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development efforts with business objectives. Ensure all updates meet accessibility standards, including compliance with WCAG guidelines. Produce high-quality visual assets using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma. Track and manage development tasks using tools such as Jira and Git. Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies : Minimum 10 years of experience in front-end development with a focus on web performance and UI/UX. Expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience in responsive design frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS. Proficiency in CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or Kibo. Strong knowledge of web design principles, accessibility standards, and SEO best practices. Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics or Hotjar for performance insights. Familiarity with graphic design tools, including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva. Understanding of version control systems like Git and browser debugging tools. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Bachelor's degree in web development, computer science, or a related field. Proven ability to execute tasks efficiently and deliver quality results within tight deadlines. Preferred Skills : Knowledge of back-end technologies such as PHP, Python, or Node.js is a plus. Experience with hosting, DNS settings, and CDN configurations. Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and site builders. Advanced understanding of prototyping tools like Adobe XD or Sketch.
