• Pay: $15.50 per hour
• Start Date: Mid-November with positions available throughout the season.
• This is a Flex position for 9-11 months per year; you can use your off months to travel or visit friends and family

The job purpose of a Front Desk Night Auditor is to provide a high level of guest service by giving prompt courteous attention to all guest interactions. Additionally, the Night Auditor is responsible for completing all aspects of the night audit. This position is an overnight shift.

Stage 1: SMS Night Audit

The Night Audit consists of multiple steps that must occur in a specific order.

• Step 1: processing of phase 1 batch reports (pre end of day reports)
• Step 2: the posting of housekeeping charges
• Step 3: the processing of the Golf POS nightly audit
• Step 4: obtain and execute exclusive use steps (such as re-indexing, posting room and tax, etc.) culminating in the end of day process
• Step 5: the processing of phase 2 batch reports (accounting reports)
• Step 6: the processing of phase 3 batch reports (post end of day reports)

Stage 2: Processing of Housekeeping Reports

• The night auditor updates the housekeeping service marks for all rental units then processes individual housekeeping reports for all third party housekeeping services.

Stage 3: Shift 4 credit card settlement

• The night auditor reconciles the credit card charges in SMS and Shift 4 and submits the batches for deposit.

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED
