Join Triple Crown Logistics, an emerging freight brokerage committed to excellence, growth, and opportunity. We’re looking for a motivated and driven Freight Sales Representative to help expand our network, build strong customer relationships, and deliver outstanding logistics solutions.
In this role, you’ll prospect new business, negotiate freight rates, and manage shipments from start to finish. You’ll serve as the main point of contact for shippers and carriers, ensuring smooth communication and exceptional service. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment and enjoys the challenge of building long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new customer and carrier relationships.
Negotiate rates and secure competitive pricing while maintaining profit margins.
Manage daily freight operations, including quoting, booking, and tracking loads.
Provide excellent communication and customer service throughout the shipping process.
Qualifications:
Experience in freight brokerage or logistics sales preferred, but not required.
Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated with a passion for sales and a drive to succeed.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-moving environment.
