Job Details
Must have experience working in a food manufacturing environment!
The facility is located in Dickson, TN and the is working a 3rd shift.
Maintenance Technicians with the ability to organize, and facilitate maintenance on all production and facility equipment with emphasis on equipment up time and to resolve quality and production related issues in the spirit of continuous improvement including electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical troubleshooting.
Qualifications for these positions:
Minimum 5 years or more as a Supervisor
3-5 years of relevant experience in food manufacturing
Background in bakery is s huge plus!
Proven ability to effectively manage a shift
Ability to work in fast paced environment
Able to work on some weekend including Sundays
• Proven leadership skills to manage 10-15 Associates
