Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of machine operation experience.
• Proficient troubleshooting skills with machinery.
• Preferred: 6 months of experience in packaging or printing, specifically in Flexo Folder Gluer.
• Emphasis on safety, consistent attendance, and effective communication.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Capable of comprehending, executing, and communicating verbal and written instructions.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient computer skills for accurate completion of paperwork and digital tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all stages of machinery setup and operation, specifically with flexo folder gluers.
• Ensure productivity, maintain quality standards, and minimize waste.
• Set up, operate, and oversee machine performance.
• Attach printing dies onto cylinders or shafts.
• Adjust ink viscosity as needed.
• Conduct thorough quality inspections for each order.
• Validate materials according to customer specifications before production runs.
• Adhere to precise instructions outlined in job specification sheets.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets.
• Accurately document production data in the computer system daily.
• Carry out routine preventative maintenance and uphold cleanliness standards.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulations.
• Undertake any additional tasks as assigned.
