Tasks & Responsibilities

• 7+ years of finish carpentry experience in residential/commercial remodeling and restoration
• Accurately measure, cut, & install baseboards, crown molding, wainscoting, door casings, and window trims to add decorative detail and protect edges
• Construct and install cabinets, vanities, shelving, and other built-in furniture with a focus on precision and seamless appearance
• Fit and install interior and exterior doors and windows, including framing, weatherproofing, and hardware installation
• Create custom woodwork for projects like staircases, handrails, mantels, and architectural features, ensuring they match design specifications
• Lay hardwood, laminate, and other types of flooring, making precise cuts and adjustments for corners and around objects
• Install and finish drywall, including taping, mudding, and sanding for a smooth surface, ready for painting or finishing
• Construct and install staircases, including railings and balustrades, adhering to safety regulations and design specifications
• Work collaboratively with architects, designers, and other tradespeople to ensure project specifications and timelines are met, and communicate effectively with clients
• Maintain tools, materials, and job site cleanliness while adhering to safety regulations

Basic Qualifications

• 7+ Years of Finish Carpentry Experience
• Current valid drivers' license and the ability to operate motor vehicles

Essential Physical & Cognitive Requirements

• Continuous lifting, pulling, pushing of objects
• Ability to individually lift and/or carry 50lbs
• Ability to multi-task, read, write, calculate data have reliable & predictable attendance
