FTE: 50% (20 hrs/week)
Compensation: $18.00 - $18.00 per hour

Job Summary This work study position is responsible for providing support to the Development team by assisting with administrative duties, including, but not limited to, communicating with donors, alumni, staff and faculty, data entry, filing, event preparation and other general administrative tasks.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Completes general alpha and numerical filing.
•Performs data entry and word processing using our database, Salesforce.
•Photocopies and scans documents.
•Assists the department with mass mailings, including copying documents, folding documents, stuffing envelopes, and sealing & mailing envelopes.
•Undertakes general cleaning/organizing duties as needed.
•Handles, sorts, and distributes mail, copy jobs, or other important documents.
•Performs routine customer service tasks, requiring basic listening and response skills, basic departmental knowledge, and a friendly, responsive attitude.
•Assists with event logistics, e.g., creating nametags, ordering food, rentals, etc.
•Runs departmental errands.
•Helps out at departmental fundraising and alumni events. (This may include evening or weekend events on occasion.)
•Additional specific departmental duties as assigned.
