Job Description

Experienced Line Stripe Foreman

$1,000 sign on bonus to be paid $250 every 30, 60, 90 and 120 days.

GENERAL SUMMARY & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS*
  • Manages all crew members, including but not limited to:
    • Schedules
    • Attendance
    • Performance
    • Training and development
  • Maintains a safe and efficient job site
  • Keeps production up to profit margins set by management
  • Track/turn in all paperwork on a daily basis
  • Discipline crew members as necessary
  • Maintain equipment assigned to crew
  • Keep a positive attitude throughout the crew
  • Communicate with Project Managers daily
  • Communicate with Operations Manager regarding discipline issues and commendations
  • Communicate with shop personnel regarding damaged equipment
  • Assign crew members to check equipment fluid levels
  • Helps in the hiring process for crew members
  • Directs crew throughout the day and coordinates job details
  • Involved in employee evaluations
  • Makes recommendations for employee's annual review
  • Makes hiring and performance management/disciplinary recommendations
PREPARATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
  • Class D driver's license
  • Medical DOT card
  • OSHA training
  • Be able to operate motorized equipment such as a paint machine
  • Must abide by all safety policies
  • 5 Years of experience
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  • Be able to work in extreme weather conditions
  • Be able to lift, carry, push, pull, and stooping-bending up to 80lbs several hours a day
  • Be able to stand or sit several hours a day
  • Be able to work the snow season
