Who We’re Looking For:

We are seeking an experienced carpenter with a strong background in residential remodeling and construction. This role requires a minimum of 6 years of experience, solid craftsmanship, and a basic understanding of construction codes. Ideal candidates are honest, reliable, physically fit, and bring a positive, creative attitude to their work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, solve, and repair various issues in residential properties
• Maintain regular, clear communication with clients
• Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, and other team members
• Complete punch-out tasks and maintain a polite, professional demeanor
• Work independently, maintaining an organized, clean work environment
• Supply all necessary hand tools and small power tools

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of experience in residential remodeling
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds
• Skills in drywall, rough and finish carpentry, light plumbing and electrical, cabinetry repairs, windows and doors, flooring, and painting
