Job Description

The Executive Recruiter will source and identify top talent and high performers and manage the full cycle recruitment and hiring process for critical, difficult, visible leadership positions including but not limited to senior level, C-suite, and executive positions in highly competitive fields. The Executive Recruiter will partner with the hiring leader to understand the hiring needs and develop and implement a proactive, innovative sourcing strategy ensuring consistency of employer brand; will establish a network of qualified applicants for open searches and cultivate a talent pipeline; responsible for creating a positive customer experience for leaders and applicants.
