About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Field Force Deployment, Targeting, and Incentives in the US Pharmaceuticals sector. The role demands a leader with expertise in targeting, segmentation, and field alignment, as well as a strong background in incentive compensation design and execution. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, be adept at distilling complex analytics into clear field guidance, and possess strong executive communication skills. Experience in driving transformation across people, process, and technology, and a passion for developing high-performance teams, are essential. The Executive Director will also be responsible for managing a significant incentives budget, ensuring fairness, compliance, and audit readiness, and fostering a culture of collaboration and strategic partnership within the team and with internal stakeholders.
