Job Description

Our client, a Miami-based financial services platform that focuses on opportunistic strategies, leveraging industry expertise, broad relationships, and advanced structuring and technology capabilities, is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to directly support the firm’s Co-Founders/Managing Partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, scheduling internal and external meetings and phone calls, potential personal appointments, etc.
  • Coordinate business and personal travel arrangements including flight schedules, car bookings, and hotel reservations.
  • Manage phone calls, providing appropriate screening and taking messages as needed.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • At least 5-10 years of experience in an administrative support role, ideally supporting Founder/President/C-Suite Executive
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and professional environment
  • Capable of adjusting in various environments while exhibiting resilience and pivoting quickly between tasks
  • Strong work ethic and ‘can do’ attitude: motivated, flexible, and able to maintain composure at all times
  • Comfortable and experienced liaising with internal and external contacts at a variety of levels
  • Superior experience and competency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; strong comfort level learning to use other internal software tools
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills; strong attention to detail when taking notes, communicating with various contacts, and all other tasks
