POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine (HWCOM) is currently seeking a per diem Exam proctor to join our team of professionals.

Duties include:

• Serves as an administrator during specific examinations for students within the Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine
• Prepares and distributes exam related materials prior to the test administration
• Maintains proper records of student attendance upon arrival and departure from exam area Continuously observes students during examinations
• Responds to student requests and resolve inquiries or issues as needed
• Utilizes software systems to provide administrative support or assessments (e.g., EValue, ExamSoft, NBME).

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• office or related experience providing administrative support or coordinating functions of an office or department
